Colors Available -

Stretchable Cover Standard ( for 18" to 19" diameter): Desert Tan, White, Crimson Red, Orange

Stretchable Cover XL (for 20" to 21" diameter): Desert Tan Only

1. First Order Screen Charges (for printed spot colors):  $35 per imprint color

2. Re-Order Screen Charges (for orders no older than two years):  $20 per imprint color

3. PMS Matching Charges for Exact Imprint Colors:  $25 per imprint color

4. First Order Set Up for Sublimation:  $55 per new design (PMS Matching not available on sublimation, although we will attempt to match as closely as possible if PMS colors are provided)

5. Embroidery Set Up Charges for designs up to 7000 stitches:  $95 (one time charge).  For designs requiring more than 7000 stitches: $14 per 1000 stitches in excess of 7000.  This charge includes up to 6 thread colors as well.

6. Art Charges:  Clean-up or original design creation will be billed at $125.00 per hour, at fifteen minute intervals with a minimum charge of $31.25 for the first fifteen minutes.

NOTE #1:

Due to the nature of the sublimation process, only non-white colors can be used.  All white areas of art will show as the color of the cover material.   For imprints, logos or graphics requiring white in them, we highly suggest ordering the white covers only to avoid this issue.

NOTE #2:

Orange and Crimson Red covers are available with black imprints ONLY.

All orders will be charged for the most economical freight available (unless expedited shipping is requested).

If rush service is requested, these charges will be clearly listed on the final invoice.
