Waiver of Proof Approval

The undersigned purchaser hereby waives his/her right to approval of paper or actual product proofs, and directs SAS Promotions to produce the product ordered without submission of proofs for correctness of artwork, copy, size, color and positioning.  The purchaser hereby agrees to hold SAS Promotions harmless and agrees that SAS Promotions is assuming no responsibility and will issue no credit or allowance for any inaccuracy of copy or inaccuracy of finished product.
